In all of these cases, our four fully-equipped studio flats with kitchenettes or kitchens are the ideal solution. Our studio flats are very quiet.

Studio flat 4 (40m2) across from our hotel)

1 1/2 studio room incl. kitchen (3rd floor)

• without breakfast incl. cleaning once a week CHF 1850.–/month

Studio flat 5 (40m2) across from our hotel)

1 1/2 studio room incl. Kitchen (4th floor)

• without breakfast incl. cleaning once a week CHF 1850.–/month

The 5 new studio flats are stylish and generously furnished. 
Monthly rent: CHF 1500.- to CHF 1550.- incl. weekly cleaning
Dimension: 29 m2 - 31 m2

Charges for car-parking in addition to the monthly studio flat rent (studio flat 1 & 2),
CHF 100.–/month

Charges for garage in addition to the monthly studio flat rent (studio 4 & 5),
CHF 160.–/month

At extra charge, all flats can also be rented incl. breakfast and / or daily cleaning.
